Mo-Clamp Limited Warranty Pull-it Corporation (Pull-it) warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original buyer of the product. Products not manufactured by Pull-it are not warranted by Pull-it. Any warranty on products distributed by Pull-it, which are not manufactured by Pull-it, are those offered by the product manufacturer. Any alleged defective product must be returned to Pull-it, freight prepaid. In the event a product is found to be defective, Pull-it will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at its expense or refund the amount of the purchase price. If the product is repaired, it will be returned, freight prepaid, by Pull-it. The above warranty is the only warranty made by Pull-it and is in lieu of any other warranty. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Agents of Pull-it have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained herein and any representations or promises inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Pull-it. This warranty does not extend to any product that was subjected, in Pull-it Corporation's judgement , to misuse, alteration, neglect, accident, or repair by others or when the product has been altered or defaced. Pull-it's liability whether in contract, in tort, under any contract provision, warranty, in negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase price paid by the purchaser and under no circumstances shall Pull-it be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Buyer expressly agrees that the remedy of repair, replacement, or refund of purchase price are buyer's sole remedies.
